Background

The management of employees' performance, is one of the most critical roles that people in leadership roles must perform. Therefore, it is important for officers charged with the responsibility of leading teams, to be adept at employee performance management practices that keep employees motivated, and inspired for higher performance while focusing on attaining organizational goals.

Target Participants

HR Practitioners, Functional Managers, Project Managers and charged others with the responsibility for managing the performance of their staff, as well as those being prepared for these roles.

Payment of Fees

Payment of fees should be in cash or CERTIFIED CHEQUE/BANK DRAFT made payable to the FITC before the commencement date or on arrival at the venue.

Refund of Fees

Fees paid for participants who do not turn up eventually would be refunded, subject to deduction of 25% administrative cost.
