BACKGROUND:
The essence of credit management is to ensure that facilities granted are repaid and the relationship created results in a win-win situation, for the bank and its customers. It is, therefore, imperative to continuously sharpen the skills of middle level credit employees, beyond the appreciation of basic tenets of lending. This need has become more compelling, given the tremendous growth in the volume and diversity of banks credit portfolios.

TARGET PARTICIPANTS:
Middle Level Managers with responsibility for supervising the credit function,
credit control, loan recovery and loan workout in banks and other
organizations, as well as those who have attended the Basic Credit Analysis and
Management Course.
