The field of leadership has generated a lot of interests and studies has since recorded history. This might be due to the pivotal role of leadership in different spheres of human endeavour from sports, politics, religion, military, profit and non-profit organisations. Successful business leaders know that investing in leadership is critical to achieving growth and organisational continuity. Therefore, developing leadership competencies of managers towards achieving corporate success, cannot be over-emphasized.

Target Participants

Employees in financial services sectors, manufacturing, and telecommunications, as well as, other sectors of the economy that are engaged in supervising other staff, or are being prepared to take up leadership roles in the near future

Payment of Fees

Payment of fees should be in cash or CERTIFIED CHEQUE/BANK DRAFT made payable to the FITC before the commencement date or on arrival at the venue.

Refund of Fees

Fees paid for participants who do not turn up eventually would be refunded, subject to deduction of 25% administrative cost.
