The HR function is changing radically in leading organization, largely in response to how business changes and significant opportunities relating to management of people. There is a general emphasis on the continuous improvement of critical business processes and several re-engineering initiatives which has some HR management implications. Therefore, a fit for purpose HR transformational agenda would seek to establish a well-integrated HR function. This involves hiring staff, placing them rightly, using objective capability framework, managing them for performance, retaining and developing them in a manner that fulfill strategic needs and competency fit.

Payment of Fees

Refund of Fees

Fees paid for participants who do not turn up eventually would be refunded, subject to deduction of 25% administrative cost.
