- The FITC Future of Work Academy has been designed to position FITC at the centre of connecting youths to places of work providing opportunities for internships, and job placements.
- FITC FOWA is a subsidized Future of Work skill acquisition program for youths.
- FITC Future of work academy is designed to collaborate with international organizations, Federal Government, State Government, Government Parastatals, and Higher institutions amongst others to execute the Academy.
- FITC FOWA comprises Four Schools of Learning: the School of Analytics, the School of Cyber Security, the School of Office Suite, and the School of Essential Skills.
- FITC FOWA Participants qualify to be included in FITC learner community and have the chance of securing a job through the FITC job fair.

The program is open to young talents from all over the world. All participants will Opportunity to participate in FITC job fair. Internship and job placement opportunities for selected outstanding participants. At the end of the Academy all participants would be able to join the FITC Learners community. FITC FOWA is designed to equip young graduates and undergraduates with the relevant skills required for the future of work. The academy was established to capture a segment that has been less attended to by the Learning Institutions to actualise a 360 degree learning solution for the world of work.
