School of Power Skills
FITC FOWA School of Power Skills is a school designed to address the personal skills competency gap identified among young graduates and youths which could deter their growth in their career journey. The youths that aspire to grow faster in their career journey need the Essential Skills to kick-start their career pursuit. The school’s Learning programme centers on developing core personal capabilities and skills that would allow young graduates and professionals to succeed seamlessly on the job and in all spheres of life.
According to the World Economic Forum’s 2020 Future of Jobs study, sectors all around the world are looking for employees with personal skills such as creativity, sophisticated problem-solving, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, public speaking, and much more. Having these essential skills will boost graduates the opportunity to earn a highly competitive job.
This is a 3-weekend learning programme for youths to develop an analytical mindset that solves critical problems on projects and tasks given on the job and in their immediate environment. The participants would be exposed to Fundamental techniques to think critically and evaluate information effectively to make the best judgments.
The Creativity and Innovation Mastery course offers individuals and youths skills to generate unique ideas and build their creative potential in fostering an innovation mindset. The 3-weekend course will provide youths with the knowledge and techniques to create innovative ideas, overcome creative blocks, and drive meaningful change in various domains.
Starting Right and Learning to Become learning programme is designed to provide undergraduates/fresh Graduates with the essential knowledge, skills, and mindset to embark on a successful personal and professional journey. This course focuses on foundational principles, self-discovery, and personal development strategies to help you start right and become the best version of yourself.
Developing Your Brand course is designed to help youths understand the importance of personal branding and develop a strong personal brand that aligns with their career goals and values. In this course, participants will learn effective strategies and techniques to differentiate themselves, build a compelling personal brand, and enhance their professional presence on the 3-weekend Journey.
The Public Speaking, Presentation, and Poise learning programme is designed to empower youths with the essential presentation skills for confident public speaking to deliver impactful presentations that exude poise and professionalism. In this course, participants will learn effective techniques, strategies, and practices to become a compelling and confident communicator.
