Overview

Today’s Non-Executive Directors are faced with a myriad of pressures, challenges and expectations of accountability and performance. Given the heightened expectations of the Board and the need for effective Board governance, the role of the Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) in providing objective and independent decisions for organizational growth and sustainability, cannot be over-emphasized.
